who they are
FARMERS AND AGRICULTURAL WORKERS FROM ACROSS THE UK
Farmers and agricultural workers from across the UK: men and women of different ages, backgrounds and areas of agriculture, many of whom spend much of their working lives alone in fields, barns, yards and tractors.
Singing gave them a reason to come together. What began as music became a community, bringing people back into contact with one another and giving the choir a shared sense of purpose.
“You are not simply hearing a group of voices. You are hearing people who have lived the words.”
HOW IT STARTED
A GROUP OF STRANGERS DECIDED TO KEEP SINGING TOGETHER.
What began through a moment connected to Hawkstone quickly became something far more meaningful: a community built around shared experience, resilience, friendship and a deep understanding of the realities of agricultural life.
THE BREAKTHROUGH: THREE PERFORMANCES, ONE WIN
In 2026 the choir was introduced to millions through Britain's Got Talent, ultimately winning the public vote and the competition.

A DEBUT ALBUM.AN 18-DATE UK TOUR.
The choir has been making its debut album, This Is Home: original songs about hope, resilience and home, sung by a large choir with real farming lives behind the voices.
In March and April 2027 the choir takes it live, with eighteen dates across the UK including the London Palladium.
WHY IT MATTERS
CONNECTION CAN CHANGE THINGS.
Farming can be one of the most isolating professions in the country. The choir has seen first-hand what can happen when people simply come together, and uses the platform it has been given to raise awareness and help people find specialist support.
