In July 2026 the entire choir spent five days at the iconic Real World Studios near Bath recording our album of original music called This Is Home.
The days were long, but extremely enjoyable, and as you can imagine for the vast majority of us it was the first time we had ever been in a studio, but under the expert guidance of our sound engineers Stuart & Ben , Lizzie our Choir Director and Simon our Musical Director, who had also written many of the songs, we managed to record 10 songs in 5 days.
Previous to this we had rehearsed for another 5 days at Notley Barn in Oxfordshire so that we were well prepared for our days in the studio itself.
Our thanks to the the entire team at Real World who made us feel at home and fed us all with delicious home-cooked food.
